FAQ

Before your visit

Clear answers to common questions, so you can take the next step with confidence.

Appointments

Planning your visit.

How do I request an appointment?

Choose your branch on the Contact page. Use the branch’s WhatsApp or call link to request a time. A booking is confirmed only after the clinic replies.

Which AN NAJAH clinics are listed here?

Taman Greenwood Indah, Gombak; Tasik Biru/Kundang, Rawang; and Seberang Temerloh, Pahang.

What are the Tasik Biru/Kundang opening hours?

10:00 AM–6:30 PM, closed Thursday, with a break from 1:00–2:00 PM. Confirm public holiday arrangements and appointment availability before travelling.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Contact your selected branch to ask about walk-in availability before visiting.

What should I bring?

Bring information about medicines, allergies and relevant previous dental care. Ask your clinic whether any records or documents are required.

Treatment

Making an informed choice.

Can I choose braces or clear aligners myself?

You can share your preference, but a clinical assessment determines suitable options. Ask about alternatives, daily care and the expected treatment plan.

Are all treatments offered at every branch?

Services can vary by branch. Confirm your requested treatment with the clinic; the treatment pages provide general information.

How much will treatment cost?

Ask for the assessment fee and a written treatment estimate before agreeing to proceed.

I am nervous about visiting a dentist. What can I do?

Tell the clinic when you enquire and again before treatment. Ask the dentist to explain the steps and agree how you can request a pause.

Can I get a diagnosis through WhatsApp?

An enquiry can help arrange a visit, but it does not replace a clinical examination. Avoid sending sensitive records or photographs until the clinic explains its process.

Privacy

Your information.

How do the contact links work?

There is no booking form on this website. WhatsApp links open a prefilled enquiry for you to review and send yourself. Calling and map links open external services.

Can I use these pages instead of seeing a dentist?

No. The guides provide general information and cannot assess your individual condition. Discuss symptoms and treatment suitability with a dentist.
